Manager

Victoria Von Blaque has gone by many names as she has navigated life as a trans woman, a college graduate, a sex worker, a case manager, and now, an educator and consultant.

She is a small business owner, running Femme Fatale LLC - a person branding consultancy organization that promotes body positivity, and the project manager for A Beautiful Transition - a site documenting the lives of trans activists.  She has spoken on LGBTQ competency to audiences across New York, including at Columbia University and Manhattanville College, and provided training to organizations including Callen-Lorde and Howie the Harp.  Before focusing full time on consulting, she provided case management and retention specialist for LGBTQ homeless youth at the Ali Forney Center, protecting youth from the harms of leaselessness and empowering them with the tools they need to live independently.

Victoria brings an expertise in working with marginalized communities including transgender and nonbinary, LGBTQ youth, and sex workers.  Her approach is engaging and personable, inviting participants into moments of vulnerability and shared understanding.

Victoria is currently finishing up her Life Coaching program and hopes to normalize self-care in the black and brown communities.
